The Roofing Process
This page is intended to give you an idea of what to expect for your roof replacement.
After your acceptance of a proposal and a date range is scheduled, you will need to choose a color for your new roof if you have chosen a composition product. In most cases, a day or two before your scheduled date, materials will be delivered to your home. You will also be notified by phone when to expect the delivery. Please have the driveway clear so there is access to your roof. The materials will be loaded directly to your rooftop unless conditions do not permit. Materials that cannot be loaded onto your roof will be placed as close to your home as possible.
Twin Peaks Roofing offers the best roof replacement service in the Snohomish and King Counties of Washington. We will make every effort to complete your installation in a timely manner. However, as we Washingtonians know, weather conditions can change quickly. This could delay the start of your project. During the installation of your new roof, be assured we will take all of the necessary precautions to make your home watertight for the evenings and weekends.
We will need to have access to electricity for our tools. If you have no outside outlets, let us know so arrangements can be made.
During the removal process, it is common for a small amount of debris or dust to get inside the attic and garage. This should be very minimal as we work from the top down to help control dropping debris. Please cover stored items if this is a concern of yours.
The roofing installation process may be noisy and cause vibrations. Please be sure to remove or secure any fragile objects from your walls that could become damaged if they should fall. Most projects will take two to three days for completion. It could be a little more or a little less depending on the size.
The grounds will be cleaned of any roofing debris. An invoice will be sent with a return envelope for you to mail in your payment, as many homeowners are not home when the job has been completed.
